Hello! I started Tower & Co in 2017 to help organizations enhance their leadership. I love consulting because I get the opportunity to work with many different people and learn about organizations in different industries.
I also serve as adjunct faculty at Wayne State University in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Masters Program.
