The Screen Assessment is best for situations in which you have a lot of applicants, typically for a lower level position. This can help narrow down the candidate field to a manageable size, only allowing the most qualified candidates to the next stage of the hiring process.

The Professional Assessment is appropriate for most individual contributor or entry level positions. As a rule of thumb, the standard assessment is the best investment for roles with a salary of less than $100,000 per year.

The Executive Assessment is appropriate for executive, advanced professional, managerial or other critical roles. As a rule of thumb, positions with a six-figure salary are best suited to a professional assessment.
